Our Team of Duluth Experience Guides is a diverse group of fun-loving individuals who share a passion for Duluth. We are educators, outdoor professionals, beer brewers, researchers, local business leaders, and above all… ambassadors for Duluth!

Elizabeth earned a degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership and Management at Northern Michigan University before relocating to Duluth in 2012. She discovered Duluth was the perfect fit for her love of the outdoors and passion for adventure. When not guiding kayak adventures or managing Duluth Pack, Elizabeth can is training and riding horses for the sport of Eventing, training for marathons with her dogs, backpacking, climbing, biking, snowboarding, or tackling whatever challenge is next! Elizabeth can’t wait to show you what makes Duluth so exceptional and share her next adventure with you!
- Elizabeth holds current certification in Wilderness First Aid and is an American Canoe Association certified paddle instructor.
Andrew St. Croix
Brewery Tour, Cycling & Kayak Adventure Guide
Andrew grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Duluth to go to school at UMD in 2008. His time in Duluth sparked his passion for outdoor adventure and fueled numerous backpacking and climbing trips across the country. The list of National Parks he’s visited include Zion, Yosemite, Glacier, Olympic, Arches, Grand Canyon, and Rocky Mountain where he worked as an Outdoor Educator living in Estes Park, CO. His favorite way to explore Duluth is trail running – especially along Chester Creek and followed by a pint at Bent Paddle Brewing Company. He’s excited to share this passion for the City of Duluth with you!

Jonetta “Jonee” Vance has lived in Minnesota her entire life and has been a Duluthian for about 7 years. Much of her childhood was spent hunting, fishing, swimming, and hiking on Rainy Lake and camping in the Boundary Waters. She picked up the canoe paddle at an early age and her love for kayaking soon followed. Since graduating from St. Scholastica with an B.S. in Elementary Ed and Ojibwe Language and Culture, she has worked in the local craft beer industry and guided whitewater rafting on the St. Louis River. She’s also an avid photographer and loves to travel. Jonee has been a good friend to The Duluth Experience over the years and we are excited to welcome her to the team!
- Jonee holds current certification in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.
Brewery & City Tour Guide
Harrison grew up in Minnetonka where he explored the woods with his brothers, and biked alongside his mother as she trained for marathons on the local trails. His sense of adventure and love for the outdoors is due to his father, who introduced Harrison to the wonder and beauty of the North Shore. He graduated from UMD with a degree in Environmental and Outdoor Education and loves teaching folks about Duluth’s natural and cultural history. His love for teaching inspired him to join The Duluth Experience Team. Harrison enjoys hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, slacklining, skiing, and drinking craft brews. Harrison is excited to be your guide and help you develop a sense of place in Duluth!
- Harrison holds current certifications as a Wilderness First Responder, Outdoor Emergency Care Technician, and American Heart Association Provider Level CPR.
