Blacklist Artisan Ales Earns Silver Medal in Oregon
Blacklist’s Classic Wit Wins Accolades At Best of Craft Beer Competition
Blacklist Artisan Ales continues to produce award-winning brews in Downtown Duluth’s Historic Arts & Theater District – a fitting home for this small-batch, artisan brewery. Following up strong showings at the Can Can Awards in 2017 and 2018, Blacklist’s Classic Wit earned silver at the Best of Craft Beer Competition in Bend, OR. Helmed by veteran brew master, Brian Schanzenbach, the Blacklist team crafts creative, Belgian-inspired beers that have helped put Duluth on the map as a top-tier craft beer destination.
The Classic Wit is bright and light, with a touch of citrus and spice. Perfect in the boat, or in your coat. Let it put a little sunshine in your day, even during sweater weather. It happens to be my go-to brew when I visit Blacklist’s taproom in Downtown Duluth. Try one for yourself and let us know what you think… or (better yet) hop aboard The Duluth Experience Brew Tour and go behind-the-scenes to sample with the folks that make the beer. Cheers!
