Free Snowshoe Fun For Furloughed Government Employees
Showing Support For U.S. Government Employees & Their Families
In support for our furloughed Federal Employees, we are happy to announce that The Duluth Experience is offering complimentary snowshoe tours to any Federal employee (along with their husbands, wives, and/or children) currently on furlough. This offer is valid for our Northwoods Snowshoe Adventures during the weekend of Friday, February 1st to Sunday, February 3rd.
“We’re doing our part to support Federal workers whose families are being directly impacted by the government shutdown” said snowshoe guide and CEO Dave Grandmaison. “These folks are our neighbors and The Duluth Experience wants to bring some fun into their lives.”
Any Federal employee currently on furlough can use the promo code FUN4FURLOUGH to receive complimentary participation in The Northwoods Snowshoe Adventures that are being offered during the weekend of February 1st to February 3rd. Pre-registration is required, quantities are limited, and this special offer is only valid during the first weekend of February. This offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets.
You will be asked to present your valid government ID when you check in on the day of your adventure.
“Everyone needs a little fun in their lives and sometimes a fun adventure in the Great Northwoods is the best way to bring people together” added Grandmaison.
